Protecting the Estate
A Will is a document which allows you to nominate your representatives after you pass away to deal with your assets and care for your family.
Here's why our Wills are different...
YOU'RE LOOKED AFTER BY LOAN CHOW
You'll need two meetings to complete your Wills - one for the instructions, and one for the signing of your documents.
Both meetings are with our Director, Loan Chow, who has over 15 years in Succession Law.
SIMPLE OR TESTAMENTARY DISCRETIONARY TRUST WILLS
Yes. We can do simple Wills and we can do more complex testamentary discretionary trust Wills.
Importantly, we'll also help you work out which one is most suited for you.
We think about how your Wills could be contested and we start gathering the evidence we need to protect your Wills in case it is ever contested or challenged.
This evidence is then available to your executors should your Wills be contested.
It's a fixed fee.
We do this to give you fee certainty and peace of mind. We do not bill you by the minute or for that extra phone call.
Ask your questions freely without worrying about extra costs.
