Loan graduated from UQ with a dual degree in Law and Psychology, an unlikely combination at the time, but one which proved to be very useful in compassionately helping families navigate the law in sensitive circumstances. Her passion in providing fee certainty to clients when assisting with estate planning or administration has helped many families through complex and emotionally difficult decisions. She works regularly with clients of banks, industry super funds and financial advice companies. Loan was recognised in the Doyles' Guide as a Recommended Lawyer for Wills and Estates in Queensland in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Awards
