ABOUT LOAN

Before joining YHC Lawyers as Director, Loan managed and developed the Wills and Estates practices at two law firms.  

Loan has practiced exclusively in Wills & Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation since 2005.  

Loan provides a personalised approach to her clients' estate planning needs and offers the full suite of services:  Wills (including testamentary discretionary trust Wills), Enduring Powers of Attorney, General Powers of Attorney, Letters of Wishes, and Advance Health Directives.  Loan works cohesively with the clients, their accountants and financial planners to ensure a successful outcome is achieved.

Loan can assist in the administration of estates (with or without a Will) - including applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration on Intestacy and Letters of Administration with the Will, and claims for superannuation death benefits.  

Loan has also acted for Applicants in applications for family provision and for the Estate against challenges to Wills.

Loan is committed to providing excellent “old school” customer service to her clients.  She has been described by her clients as very patient, reassuring and efficient.
