Speaking Engagements
Loan Chow, Director of YHC Lawyers, regularly presents education sessions on Wills and estates at retirement villages and for community groups, sharing her experience in plain, reassuring language.
What Loan Speaks About
Each session is tailored to the audience and delivered without jargon, so everyone leaves knowing what to do next.
What actually happens next when a Will is poorly drafted, out of date, or was never made, and how families are affected.
How Enduring Powers of Attorney work, why they matter, and the common mistakes that cause problems later.
How an Advance Health Directive lets you set out your wishes for medical treatment, and why it belongs in every estate plan.
Practical ways to protect yourself and those who depend on you, and what to do when someone passes away.
Onsite training on how to start estate planning conversations with clients, and how to recognise when a client needs expert advice and support.
