What makes it unique
- One-on-one onboarding: training is provided by the firm's senior director; hands-on and well above industry standard.
- Schedule flexibility: work 2-3 days a week during semester, dropping to 1 during exams.
- Real legal work: you own estate planning files and interact with clients, mastering work many don't see until their graduate years.
What you'll do
- Run estate planning files: client contact, meeting coordination and drafting.
- Learn and apply our internal systems and processes.
- Contribute to a firm that welcomes improvements.
- Build skills in time management, document control and client delivery at scale.
Availability & commencement
- Two or three days a week, with the ability to reduce to one day during exams.
- A six-week training period on commencement: full-time (5 days) for the first three weeks, then part-time (3 days) for the next three weeks.
- After training, you move to your choice of 2 or 3 days a week.
Eligibility
- A typing speed of at least 58 words per minute.
- An appropriate Australian work visa, or Australian citizenship.
- Availability for the full-time-then-part-time training period above.
