A Brisbane firm devoted entirely to Wills, enduring documents and estates, guiding Queensland families with patience, precision and genuine care since 2012.
Our Story
YHC Lawyers has provided advice and assistance in Wills and estates since 2012. From our office in the heart of Brisbane, we help Queensland families put clear, durable plans in place, and we stand beside them when the time comes to carry those plans out.
We deliberately keep our focus narrow. Rather than spreading across many areas of law, we concentrate on Wills, enduring documents and estates, including probate, estate administration and estate litigation. It is work we care about, and doing only this is how we have come to know it well.
That focus has been recognised in Doyle's Guide and in The Best Lawyers in Australia. But the measure that matters most to us is a simpler one: clients and their families feeling looked after, informed and unhurried at some of life's most important moments.
How We Work
Everything we do is shaped by one idea: that careful, clear planning today spares your family confusion and delay tomorrow.
We only practise Wills, enduring documents and estates. That single focus means the questions you bring us are the questions we work on every day, so advice is considered, current and grounded in real experience.
We provide all of our estate planning, and the majority of our estate administration, on a fixed-fee basis. You know the cost before we begin, so there are no surprises and you can plan with peace of mind. Estate litigation is handled at competitive hourly rates.
Estate law can feel technical and daunting. We explain your options in plain language, talk things through carefully, and take the time to understand your family, your assets and your concerns before recommending a course of action.
You work directly with Loan or Shen, the same lawyer, start to finish. We take the time to understand your circumstances so your wishes are captured clearly and carried out as you intend.
YHC Lawyers participates in the Queensland Law Society's Professional Standards Program, a mark of the firm's commitment to high professional standards.
For families administering an estate, we lift the load during difficult and emotional times, guiding executors and beneficiaries through each step with patience, care and capability.
